There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 22(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2003-05-12 House Journal Page 1577 CSHJR 22(RLS) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 22(RLS) pass the House?"
